Creative Services worked closely with the communications department to create NEWS.UMBC.EDU, a custom WordPress content management solution to deliver news to the UMBC community. The site is mobile friendly, features multiple story formats and is a repository for thousands of UMBC news artictles.
The UMBC News website has brought communications at UMBC to an entirely new level. It's a vibrant, engaging news source for the whole UMBC community, as well as university partners—a central place to learn about what's happening here at this moment. The site is an exceptional platform to highlight major campus events and to feature the achievements of our exceptional students, faculty, staff and alumni.
